Memorial Park Bench
The City of Cadillac invites you to participate in our Memorial Bench Program. The program provides an opportunity to commemorate a special person or occasion with the placement of a bench that enhances our community's parks.
To participate in the program, a fee ranging from $600 to $1,000 will be charged, depending upon the current cost of the bench, the specific bench location and site installation factors. This fee covers the cost of the bench, the commemorative plaque, delivery and installation.
1. Complete & return application (PDF) and payment to the City of Cadillac: 200 N Lake Street, Cadillac, MI 49601
2. Upon receipt of payment, the parks staff will order the bench & plaque.
3. Once the bench is received, the parks staff will contact the donor to provide information on when the bench installation will be completed.
