The Cadillac Planning Commission meets generally on the fourth Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m. Meetings are held in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Complex, 200 N. Lake Street. Workshop sessions are held as needed and are scheduled for 5:30 p.m. on the dates of the regular meetings. All business requiring a public hearing requires a minimum of thirty (30) days between application and the meeting date (applications must have staff approval before they will be scheduled to appear on the Commission’s agenda). Therefore, it is important to contact the Community Development Director or Planning Commission well in advance (4-6 weeks) of a target meeting date.

The Cadillac Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing at its regularly scheduled meeting on July 27, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. for the receipt of comment on an special land use permit application filed by Krist Atanasoff for a food mart/gasoline service station at 605 N. Mitchell Street, Cadillac, MI 49601. This meeting will be held electronically.
