The Marihuana Establishment & Medical Marihuana Facility Selection Committee (“Committee”) will hold a special meeting on August 6, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. This meeting will only be held electronically for public participation pursuant to the Open Meetings Act and Governor Whitmer’s Executive Order 2020-154. The purpose of the meeting is to organize the business of the Committee and to consider any business to come before the Committee as permitted by law.
Pursuant to the Open Meetings Act, Act 267 of 1976, and Executive Order 2020-154, the Committee also gives notice of the following:
1. Reason for Electronic Meeting. The Committee is holding the special meeting by electronic means only because of the capacity restrictions and social distancing requirements set forth in Executive Order 2020-160.
2. Procedures. The public may participate in the meeting and may make public comment electronically by video or telephone conference using the following information:
