Notice of Public Hearing - Special Use Application for 500 N. Mitchell Street

The Cadillac Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing at its scheduled meeting of Monday, April 23, 2018 for the receipt of comment on an application filed by Jeremy Eakins for a Special Use at 500 N. Mitchell Street, Cadillac, MI 49601 as auto and small engine repair. This would require having a Special Land Use approved by the Cadillac Planning Commission. The site is zoned B-3 General Business. The property is described as; LOTS 1,2 & 3, BLOCK 16 MITCHELLS REVISED PLAT OF THE VILLAGE OF CLAM LAKE, CITY OF CADILLAC. The tax identification number is 10-086-00-336-00. The meeting at which the hearing will be conducted begins at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Cadillac Administrative Offices, 200 N. Lake Street, Cadillac, MI 49601. Questions or written comments regarding the above should be directed to the Community Development Department, 200 North Lake Street, Cadillac, MI 49601.  Telephone: 231-775-0181, Extension 101.
