Apply for Trade Permits Online

The City of Cadillac has retained Associated Government Services (AGS) to provide all building permit and inspection services. The City's Community Development Department acts as a liaison to AGS, accepting applications, payments and all other documentation. Currently only trade permits are accepted via our online portal. 

To submit an application for trade permit, please select the link above or submit the appropriate trade permit below to the City of Cadillac offices at 200 N. Lake Street, Cadillac, MI 49601. Once the permit has been reviewed and approved, you can pay and receive your permit electronically or in person.

All residential rental units, included but not limited to single-family or multi-family dwellings, mobile homes (whether located within or outside of a mobile home park or seasonal mobile home park), rooming houses, and boarding houses when rented for more than three months of any calendar year, must be register with the City of Cadillac.
